As an IT Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and maintaining the technological infrastructure of the business to ensure seamless operations across all departments. A key part of my role involves supervising the ticketing system by monitoring all incoming service requests from various departments and ensuring that each ticket is addressed and resolved within 24 hours.
